| Gaithersburg, MD FILM BUFFS The organizing committee of the 2nd DC Chinese Film Festival held a press conference on Sunday, introducing prominent jury members on screen and calling for film entries from the US, the Chinese mainland, Taiwan and the Chinese diaspora. | Portland TEST RESULTS Participants take the Youth Chinese Test (YCT) for non-native primary and secondary students at Portland State University on March 23.
