   Visitors look at lanterns on display in Pengfang village, Changting county, East China's Fujian province. The village is famous for elaborate lanterns that are made with chiseled paper-cuts and bamboo strips and then arranged in the shape of a dragon to mark the festival on the 15th day of the lunar January, a tradition dating back 300 years.
