Chinese designer 'revives' Tang Dynasty by wearing retro clothing

Ao Luojia, a designer of Han Chinese clothing that imitates the style of clothes worn by women during the Tang Dynasty (618-907), went viral during China's Lantern Festival. Photos show a lady deep in thought as she eats sweet dumplings. The photos are inspired by a figurine of a Tang Dynasty woman, which is on display at Sha'anxi History Museum. She hopes this can help people discover the loveliness and warmth of traditional Chinese culture.
