New management team for People's Bank of China

Pan Gongsheng, vice-governor of the People's Bank of China and head of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange

Pan, who was born in 1963, joined the People's Bank of China and became vice-governor of the central bank in 1997. He holds a PhD in economics.
