Nearly 100 firefighters battling London hotel massive fire

A massive blaze engulfs Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London's Knightsbridge on Wednesday. [Photo/Xinhua]

London traffic authorities confirmed that part of the road near Knightsbridge had been closed. Knightsbridge is an exclusive residential and retail district in West London.

The fire came as the city commemorated the one year anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire which claimed 72 lives.
