Cultural communication boosts China-Uruguay ties

The year 2018 marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Uruguay. Uruguay was the first country in the Latin American region to sign a cooperation agreement with China on the Belt and Road Initiative.
