Bottle Cap Challenge kicks up global social media

A new social media stunt known as the Bottle Cap Challenge has gone viral across the world, following the Ice Bucket Challenge that took the globe by storm four years ago. But this time, it requires more skills.
Anyone who takes part in the challenge needs to use a roundhouse kick to unscrew the cap of a bottle. The challenge, the most athletic one, has amused the likes of many celebrities.
Among those who joined the craze is Chinese martial arts star Donnie Yen, who has one-upped the competition with his impressive prowess. In a video he posted on his Instagram account, Yen wears a gym outfit, covers his eyes with a bandana and sets up a ready stance. He used a glass bottle, instead of plastic, and then completed the challenge with a perfect and beautiful kick.
As of now, he garnered more than 3.1 million views and 13,979 comments.

Actor Jason Statham, who starred in some Fast and Furious films, was not to be outdone -- he untwisted the bottle cap with a flawless flying kick and posted the whole move in slow motion, which gained him millions of views and likes.

Actor Chiu Man-cheuk took things a step further -- he kicked three caps in one go, living up to his reputation.

While those kung fu masters compete on prowess, actress Li Bingbing gets the job done with ease, proving women are just as tough.
