Wuhan Pulmonary Hospital is among one of the first designated hospitals to receive coronavirus patients.
Chen Jun is the Deputy Director of the Laboratory Department at Wuhan Pulmonary Hospital. His team is in charge of conducting nucleic acid tests to help with clinical diagnosis.
Every nucleic acid testing involves a dozen steps taken within 6 hours, requiring full concentration throughout the entire process. His testing team has been working for over a month since the start of the outbreak with no rests.
Chen Jun hopes they can confirm as many patients as possible, so they can get admitted for treatment.
