The development of the Greater Bay Area is just like an express train, and Hong Kong should not miss out on "one of the biggest opportunities" available, Rita Fan Hsu Lai-tai, former president of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, said on Thursday.
Fan said this is in line with the call made by President Xi Jinping during his Wednesday speech marking the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone.
