Whole process democracy: How proposals to CPPCC National Committee work?

Normally in March every year, China will hold its session of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the country's top political advisory body, in Beijing.

By then, over 2,000 CPPCC National Committee members from across the country will be present and bring with them the proposals that might help with policymaking, improving people's livelihoods and boosting the nation's development.

The coming into reality of these ideas shows the effectiveness of China's whole process people's democracy. Let's take a look at an example, five-day workweek.
