中國將設“一帶一路”獎學金

國家發展改革委、外交部、商務部經國務院授權，28日聯合發布《推動共建絲綢之路經濟帶和21世紀海上絲綢之路的愿景與行動》。其中指出，中國每年向沿線國家提供1萬個政府獎學金名額。

China plans to set up a scholarship designed exclusively for students coming to study in the country from nations involved in Beijing's initiatives to build a Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.

中國計劃為絲綢之路經濟帶和21世紀海上絲綢之路沿線國家來華留學的學生提供專屬獎學金。

中國計劃設立的這個獎學金為“一帶一路”獎學金（ "One Belt and One Road" scholarship ）。28日發布的《推動共建絲綢之路經濟帶和21世紀海上絲綢之路的愿景與行動》（Vision and proposed actions outlined on jointly building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road）指出，中國每年將向沿線國家提供1萬個政府獎學金（government scholarships）名額。中國政府獎學金分為全額獎學金（full scholarship）和部分獎學金（partial scholarship）。

另外一個常見的與獎學金有關的詞是fellowship，這個詞與scholarship在有些情況下可以互用，不過二者也有一些微小的區別：fellowship多指研究生階段的學生在深造的同時協助導師工作時得到的報酬或者因為在某方面表現突出而得到的獎勵；scholarship則多指在本科或研究生階段可以用來抵消部分或全部教育支出的獎學金，這一類獎學金需要申請才能獲得，而且有些獎學金的申請要求較高。
