中山男子腹痛緊急送醫(yī)搶救，檢出“牛奶血”！

夏天一到，很多人立刻開(kāi)啟了“燒烤、啤酒、小龍蝦”模式，但是殊不知，這種胡吃海喝的習(xí)慣背后潛伏著巨大的健康隱患。近日，居住在中山市的趙先生因“進(jìn)食后上腹部絞痛、嘔吐胃內(nèi)容物”入院治療。醫(yī)生對(duì)其進(jìn)行抽血檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)趙先生的血漿竟然呈現(xiàn)牛奶似的乳白色！而令趙先生險(xiǎn)些喪命的“牛奶血”正是大魚(yú)大肉的飲食習(xí)慣造成的。

Mr Zhao, 40, was taken to the hospital in southern China last month after experiencing acute pain in the abdomen and on the back.
今年40歲的趙先生上個(gè)月因?yàn)楦共亢捅巢砍霈F(xiàn)劇烈疼痛而被送入中國(guó)南方的一家醫(yī)院。

Doctors said the fat content in Mr Zhao's blood plasma was 25 times higher than the normal level.
醫(yī)生稱(chēng)，趙先生血漿中的脂肪含量比正常水平高出25倍。

The male patient was admitted into the Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital in Guangdong province last month, according to Dr Chen Guo-xiang, the director of the hospital's critical care department.

Dr Chen told MailOnline that Mr Zhao was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis and his pancreas had been inflamed.

Dr Chen arranged a blood test for Mr Zhao to help treat his illness.

Shockingly, the doctor discovered that the patient's blood plasma was unusually thick, and it appeared to be creamy white 'just like milk'.
令人震驚的是，陳醫(yī)生發(fā)現(xiàn)患者的血漿異常粘稠，看起來(lái)像是乳白色的“牛奶一樣”。

“牛奶血”是乳白色的血液?jiǎn)?

乍一聽(tīng)，“牛奶血”這個(gè)名字可能會(huì)讓人誤以為紅色血液變成了乳白色，其實(shí)并不是這樣的。“牛奶血”學(xué)名乳糜血，是指血漿呈乳白色或混濁狀。

“牛奶血”并不是天然流淌在我們血管里的。血檢時(shí)，血液經(jīng)過(guò)離心機(jī)分離出兩層，浮在上層的為血漿，即血液中的液體成分；沉在下層的為紅細(xì)胞、白細(xì)胞、血小板等。當(dāng)上層血漿渾濁、不透明、顏色呈乳白色時(shí)，被俗稱(chēng)為“牛奶血”。

為什么會(huì)出現(xiàn)“牛奶血”

Dr Chen said the cream colour is attributed to the high level of triglyceride, a major constituent of body fat.
陳醫(yī)生稱(chēng)，血漿呈乳白色是因?yàn)楦视腿ズ窟^(guò)高，這是人體脂肪的一種主要成分。

The normal range of a person's triglyceride is 0.22 to 1.65 millimoles per litre, according to Dr Chen.
據(jù)陳醫(yī)生介紹，人體內(nèi)甘油三酯含量的正常范圍是0.22-1.65毫克/每升。

Mr Zhao's triglyceride level is 23 millimoles per litre, which is about 25 times higher than the normal level.
趙醫(yī)生的甘油三酯水平是23毫克/升，大約比正常水平高25倍。

The high fat level in Mr Zhao's blood had caused harm to his pancreas, leading to an acute inflammation of the organ, said Dr Chen.
陳醫(yī)生說(shuō)，趙先生血液內(nèi)脂肪含量過(guò)高導(dǎo)致胰腺受損，從而引發(fā)了急性胰腺炎。

Mr Zhao said he had business meals very often and had consumed 'a huge amount of meat' over the years, reports ZSTV.
據(jù)中山電視臺(tái)報(bào)道，趙先生稱(chēng)他經(jīng)常出席商務(wù)聚會(huì)，數(shù)年來(lái)吃了不少“大魚(yú)大肉”。

'It was just eating. I thought it wouldn't be a problem,' said the patient after he was shocked to see the results of his blood test.
“就是吃嘛，我沒(méi)想到會(huì)出問(wèn)題，”趙先生看到血檢結(jié)果后感到震驚。

Dr Chen said the patient's greasy diet was the main cause of his illness. They had arranged healthy blood plasma to be transfused into Mr Zhao's body to replace his 'fatty' blood plasma.
陳醫(yī)生表示，患者油膩的飲食習(xí)慣是致病的主要原因。他們已經(jīng)將健康的血漿輸入趙先生體內(nèi)，替換“油脂過(guò)高”的血漿。
