Must 和 have to, 都是用來表達需盡的責任或義務。 Must 一般用來表達說話人自己需要去做的事情，而 have to 是體現(xiàn)了需盡的責任或義務來自某個機構(gòu)、法律或規(guī)則。
這兩個表達方式有很強的互換性，不過要根據(jù)說話人個人對所需盡責任或義務的判定來決定使用哪一個，比如，個人義務或外界義務。
