獲得最佳導演獎的陸川

A South Korean thriller about a mother's desperate effort to prove that her mentally impaired son is innocent after being accused of murder won best film at the 4th annual Asian Film Awards in Hong Kong Monday night.

第四屆亞洲電影大獎周一晚在香港揭曉。韓國驚悚片《母親》榮獲最佳電影獎。該片講述的是一位母親竭盡全力，證明自己被控犯有殺人罪的智障兒子是清白的。

Kim Hye-ja, who plays the title role in 'Mother,' took the award for best actress.

在該片中飾演母親一角的金惠子榮獲最佳女主角獎。

The best director award went to Lu Chuan of China, whose black-and-white film 'City of Life and Death' (also known as 'Nanjing! Nanjing!') depicts the chilling account of the Nanjing massacre during China's war with Japan (1937-1945). The film--a big hit in China last year--shows the events through the eyes of several characters. The movie sparked controversy with its sympathetic portrayal of a young Japanese soldier.

中國導演陸川獲最佳導演獎。他執導的黑白影片《南京！南京！》以冷硬的寫實手法講述了抗日戰爭時期(1937年－1945年)的南京大屠殺。這部去年中國的熱映影片透過多個人物的眼睛展現了南京大屠殺的經過。由于片中對一名年輕日本士兵的同情性描述，影片引發了爭議。

Chinese actor Wang Xueqi was awarded best actor for his role in 'Bodyguards and Assassins,' Hong Kong director Peter Chan's all-star blockbuster that combines historical drama with martial-arts spectacle. The story centers around a motley group of men who are recruited to protect Sun Yat-sen--modern China's founding father--from imperial assassins during a secret visit to Hong Kong in the early 20th century.

中國男演員王學圻因在《十月圍城》中的出色表演榮獲最佳男主角獎。這部由香港導演陳可辛監制、擁有全明星演員陣容的大片將歷史事件與眩目的功夫融合在一起。故事講述的是20世紀初，在孫中山的一次秘密香港之行中，一支由三教九流的人組成的小組被雇來保護孫中山免遭滿清政府的暗殺。

'Bodyguards and Assassins' also picked up an award for Hong Kong's Nicholas Tse in the best supporting actor category. Fellow Hong Kong actress Wai Ying-hung was named best supporting actress for 'At the End of Daybreak,' while the film also received the award for best newcomer Ng Meng Hui of Malaysia. The Asian Film Awards honored two veteran filmmakers.

參演《十月圍城》的謝霆鋒還摘得最佳男配角獎。香港女演員惠英紅因在《心魔》中的表演獲得最佳女配角獎，參演該片的馬來西亞演員黃明慧獲得最佳新演員獎。亞洲電影大獎將特別獎授予了兩位資深電影人。

Amitabh Bachchan, one of India's most acclaimed actors, was presented with a lifetime achievement award. Bachchan said he accepted the award on 'behalf of the Indian film fraternity' and his country.' In a world that is fast disintegrating,' he said, the film industry 'brings different communities to a common platform.'

印度傳奇影星阿穆布?巴克強獲終身成就獎。巴克強稱，他是代表印度電影界和印度接受這個獎項的。他表示，在一個迅速分化的世界中，電影行業把不同群體帶到了一個共同的平臺上。

Zhang Yimou of China, arguably the country's most celebrated director, received the Asian Film Award for Outstanding Contribution to Asian Cinema. Zhang's credits include 'Red Sorghum' (1987), 'Raise the Red Lantern' (1991), and 'Hero' (2002). He also directed the opening ceremony of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.

中國最知名導演張藝謀（盡管有人對此表示質疑）獲得亞洲電影杰出貢獻獎。他的作品包括《紅高粱》(1987)、《大紅燈籠高高掛》(1991)和《英雄》(2002)。他還執導過2008年北京奧運會開幕式。

韓國制片人Moon Yang-kwon在影片《母親》獲得最佳電影獎后手捧獎杯慶祝。

Bong Joon-ho, the director of 'Mother,' told The Wall Street Journal in a recent interview the movie is 'a story of reversal.'

《母親》的導演奉俊昊最近在接受《華爾街日報》采訪時說，該片是一個“顛倒的故事”。

"It starts out with the mom looking at her son, and then suddenly turns into the son viewing his mom. It's about the reversal of how the mother thought she was taking care of her son and not being destructive."

“影片的開始是母親在看著兒子，之后畫面突然轉到兒子在看母親。故事講述的是一個母親認為自己在照顧兒子，而不具有破壞性，其實是顛倒過來的。”

The Asian Film Awards were launched in 2007 and organized by the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society. A panel of 13 jurors select the awards in 14 categories. Hong Kong actor Tony Leung Ka-fai served as president of this year's jury.

亞洲電影大獎創辦于2007年，由香港國際電影節協會主辦。由13位評委組成的評審團評出了14個獎項。香港男演員梁家輝擔任今年的評審團主席。
