A book written by former Premier Wen Jiabao gained popularity among readers after it was published in late October. The book, Wen Jiabao on Education, includes 80 of his talks, speeches, letters and inspection notes on the theme of education, along with photos and prints of documents. It was Wen's first published book after retiring from the post of premier in March.

The books were sold for 69 yuan each, after Wen told the publisher not to set a high price, China News Service reported.
