Every day, my colleagues and I work to detect illicit drugs and smuggled items hidden and disguised in vehicles, and lay ambushes deep in the jungle to intercept criminals who attempt to escape inspection. Be it bearing mosquito bites while laying ambushes in the jungle or engaging in deadly fights with drug traffickers, and no matter how tough, exhausting, dangerous and difficult the situation is, I always believe that the more we persevere, the less the country is exposed to the threat of illicit drugs.

My daily work is to ensure the safety of the 2,500 square-kilometer jurisdiction at the cold border area with thin oxygen and a complicated terrain at an average altitude of 4,300 meters, and to protect the more than 200 households of herdspeople, and their cattle and sheep.
