路透社記者：金融市場

李克強：金融首要任務還是要支持實體經濟的發展，實體經濟不發展，是金融最大的風險。
The top priority of the financial sector is to support the development of the real economy. The truth is, the dysfunctional real economy presents the largest risk to the financial markets.

不論是股市、債市、匯市這些金融市場，本質上是市場，還是要推進市場化、法治化的改革。
Whether it is stock markets or bond and currency markets, they are after all markets, so we will continue to pursue market-oriented reform and establish a sound, legal framework for the operation of those markets.

中央有關部門和地方要分層負責，發現問題要及時處置，防止苗頭性的問題蔓延，當然也不能容忍道德風險。總之，還是要瞪大眼睛，練就一雙加強監管的“火眼金睛”。
Responsibility must be matched with power; governments, departments and local authorities must perform their assigned possibilities conscientiously and promptly handle any possible latent risk, and also guard against moral hazards. Basically, we must sharpen our vision to exercise the most-effective regulation.

李克強：我們堅信只要堅持改革開放，中國的經濟就不會“硬著陸”。
We believe that there will not be a hard landing as long as we stick to the reform path.

我們把培育新動能和改造提升傳統動能結合起來，形成中國經濟的“雙引擎”，就會闖過困難的關口，躍上希望的高原。
