兩部門將開展商品房銷售價(jià)格行為聯(lián)合檢查

國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部近日聯(lián)合發(fā)出通知，部署從10月30日至11月30日在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)開展商品房銷售價(jià)格行為聯(lián)合檢查。

From Oct 30 to Nov 30, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission will jointly inspect irregularities of real estate developers and agents on commercial property sales.
國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委和住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部將從10月30日至11月30日對(duì)房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)和房地產(chǎn)中介機(jī)構(gòu)商品房銷售價(jià)格行為進(jìn)行聯(lián)合檢查。

此次聯(lián)合檢查將重點(diǎn)查處虛構(gòu)房屋銷售信息（fabricating information on housing sales）、發(fā)布虛假?gòu)V告（publishing fake advertisements）、操縱市場(chǎng)價(jià)格（manipulating market price）、捂盤惜售（hoarding unsold homes）等行為。

各地房地產(chǎn)調(diào)控政策（policy to regulate and control the real estate market）相繼出臺(tái)以來(lái)，我國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)持續(xù)降溫。國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，9月份，全國(guó)70個(gè)主要城市當(dāng)中，有44個(gè)城市的房?jī)r(jià)同比上漲（home prices in 44 cities rose month on month in September），比8月份少了2個(gè)。

今年8月以來(lái)，國(guó)內(nèi)有不少城市相繼出臺(tái)支持住房租賃市場(chǎng)（the residential leasing market）的舉措，北京、上海、沈陽(yáng)、南京、杭州、合肥、廈門、鄭州、武漢、廣州、佛山、肇慶、成都等13個(gè)城市開展利用集體建設(shè)用地（collectively owned land parcels）建設(shè)租賃住房試點(diǎn)，并制定了試點(diǎn)方案。
