習近平提醒說，走關系和行賄受賄已經阻礙了健康社會的發展。他強調了機會平等的重要性，因此黨員應該根除濫用權力的行為，包括賄賂、任人唯親和裙帶關系。

In this remark, Xi showed his determination to continue fighting corruption, asking officials not to count the number of corrupt Party members that have been punished. According to Xi, the fight is on going.

習近平在此表露出繼續懲治貪腐的決心，要求官員不要去計算已經被懲處的腐敗黨員的人數。習近平表示，反腐還將繼續下去。

Xi said it is wrong for people to think that the undergoing anti-corruption policies will shrink consumer demands, and even connect the pressures of the current economic downturn with the increasing number of anti-corruption activities.
