央行宣布推進(jìn)人民幣匯改，增強(qiáng)人民幣匯率彈性后，央行新聞發(fā)言人昨日肯定了2005年以來的人民幣匯改成功，與金融危機(jī)期間匯率政策的正確得當(dāng)。同時(shí)表示，人民幣匯率不進(jìn)行一次性重估調(diào)整。

The People's Bank of China (PBOC) said Sunday it will not conduct a one-off revaluation of the RMB (yuan) exchange rate.

中國人民銀行周日稱將不會(huì)對人民幣匯率進(jìn)行一次性重估調(diào)整。

在上面的報(bào)道中，one-off revaluation就是“一次性重估調(diào)整”，也就是對人民幣值進(jìn)行重估后一次性匯改，將匯率調(diào)整到一個(gè)合理的水平。 跟“一次性重估調(diào)整”相對的就是gradual adjustment（漸進(jìn)的調(diào)整）。One-off的意思是“一次性的”，例如：special one-off prices（一次性特價(jià)）。Revaluation指的是“重新估價(jià)，幣值的重新調(diào)整（尤指升值）”。例如：the progressive revaluation of the dollar（美元匯率比值的累進(jìn)提升）。

先前美國不斷給中國施壓，并給中國貼上currency manipulator（貨幣操縱國）的標(biāo)簽，企圖迫使中國對人民幣匯率進(jìn)行重新評估。央行稱匯率的調(diào)整將based on the floating bands previously announced in the interbank foreign exchange market（基于已公布的外匯市場匯率浮動(dòng)區(qū)間），此前還表示要further promote the reform of the RMB (yuan) exchange rate regime（進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)人民幣匯率改革）并 increase the flexibility of the RMB exchange rate（增強(qiáng)人民幣匯率的靈活度）。
